What types of videos do you convert?
VHS, S-VHS, VHS-C, Hi8 and MiniDV
How are the digital files returned to me?
Your digital files are returned to you on a flash drive with both USB A and USB C connectors

How long will my project take?
We can usually process most orders within 1-2 weeks
Do you store my digital files?
We will store your digital files for 30 days, then they will be deleted
What size photos can you scan?
Up to 8" x 10", including polaroids
Do you scan copyrighted media?
No, we can not legally scan copyrighted media
How do you handle payments?
We accept Venmo or Credit Card. A processing fee will be applied to credit card transactions. Payment is due when you pick up your order, or before order is shipped. Orders over $500 require a 50% down payment.
Are my original media returned to me?
Yes, your originals will be returned to you, along with your digital files, when the project is completed
What resolutions are my photos scanned at?
We offer scanning at 300 DPI (Standard), 600 DPI(High), or 1200 DPI (Very High)
Do you scan negatives or slides?
No, we do not currently offer scanning services for negatives or slides
What resolution of scanned photos do I need?
300 DPI (Standard Resolution): Standard-size photo prints (like 4x6 or 5x7), photo books, online sharing, and faxing

600 DPI (High Resolution): Archiving important photos, creating enlargements (up to double size), capturing small text or intricate details, professional photo work, and restoring older images

1200 DPI (Very High Resolution): For archival preservation, significant enlargements (4x or more), professional photo editing, small originals like wallet photos, and creating high-quality prints
